How are my orders delivered?
We ship all our brownies and bakes using trusted courier services Evri and Royal Mail. Your order will be securely packaged and sent by weight to ensure the best delivery cost.
What is the delivery cut-off time?
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Can I choose my delivery provider?
Yes – at checkout you’ll be able to select either Evri or Royal Mail, depending on your preference.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated by weight at checkout. The total will be shown before you confirm your order.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Of Course, we dont just deliver within the UK.
Can I return or refund my order?
As our products are freshly baked and perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsafe to eat, please contact us within 24 hours so we can put things right. This may include a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
What if I need to change my delivery details?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your parcel hasn’t yet been dispatched, we may be able to amend the details.
